LEADers In Action!

The LEAD (Logan Empowerment, Action, and Development) Community Organization was created in November 2011 after a small group of concerned citizens decided to band together to form a coalition with the goal of empowering the citizens of Logan County to take pride in their communities and improve their surroundings.
